we’ll explore your health history, current concerns, digestion, energy, sleep, emotions, rhythms, and what is asking for support right now. this session lays the foundation for our work together and helps clarify simple, realistic next steps.
sessions are held on zoom unless you prefer to meet in person in seattle.
